The Floating Pipe Organ (4x5 Pinhole Photograph)

This is a large format (4x5) film pinhole camera photograph of the pipe organ in the cathedral of Alcala, Spain. Recorded on Fuji Acros-100 silver gelatin using a Zero Image 4x5 pinhole camera at f/138 for 25 minutes. Note how the pipe organ, on its mount system, appears to almost float above the cathedral floor. This was the only exposure I recorded inside any Spanish cathedral, due to the resistance of cathedral staff to photography in places of worship.
